I'm fine. The dimension are more or less like the real car, the main problem was to get the caprice by Carface80 to work with my Olds Delta 88. So i can't ensure they won't be some differences with the real car.

 

@SergentFido I know it has nothing to do with my question with this post, but I am intrigued to know 2 things Mr. SergentFido, if you plan to include American full-size pick up trucks such as Ford F-Series and Chevy C/K Series Respective vans, Chevy Van and Ford E-Series. And the other question is, which computer do you own? One last question. I do not operate the mod american full-size series the oldsmobile delta 88 and it does not appear in the selector of vehicles. That's it and sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks and regards.

 

Well i already answered about new additions, new body styles. For now i'm pretty tired with this mod and the next update will certainly contain the Delta 88 coupe and some other variants.
Then it will be done. One important thing to not miss here, is that it will already be some work to keep the mod updated, when new stuff appears in game. I have not finished the beams limiters parts on it for exemple, custom sounds must come back, and so on.

 

I remember as a kid in the mid-to-late 80s, they used a lot of 85~89 Caprice cars, white and a silvery pale blue color was popular with the police. I think there were a few black ones but yes, Eastern PA used them (where I lived as a youth).
They were usually white with the light blue striping though just like that picture.

 

I looooooooove this mod !! a big "thank you" to you !! The quality of the mod is just awesome !! And i thought about something, i know you have plenty of work with all your awesome mods but would it be possible to adapt this mod into a Peugeot 604 ? I think the body frames are pretty similar so it would be amazing to drive a 604 in beamng !

 

well the 604 IS NOT A TINY ASS FRENCH CAR, and it even exist in limo version for one of ower president (french) so please just calm down and don't be a j***

It would be nice if you will made truck mod. For example Peterbilt 281 with a lot of tunning and some awesome trailers.

 

LOVE this mod!!! The Caprice and Oldsmobile are the two cars I drive almost exclusively in the game. Are there any plans for a Cadillac, Pontiac, and Buick version?

Will there be a trunk rack for the sedan Oldsfullsize.

 

I'm not sure what's happening, but no matter what I do, I cant get this to download into my game. I press the green (easy way) button and it downloads in-game, but after it hits 100%, it just says "downloaded mod" but it doesn't show up in the Mods section or anywhere at that. This has never happened before until now and I'm not sure if it's a fail on my part or something else... Thanks in advance.

 

If you squint real hard, you can turn the Caprice into a Peugeot 604, which actually is kinda tiny by American standards (it's roughly the size of a new VW Jetta).

The trunk rack exists for the Legran so it will be definitly added to the Olds/Caprice

Also as far as i know the 604 is unibody and not body on frame so it's absolutly not the same kind of cars.

Read the first post intructions again, all is written there. The Delta 88, Caprice and Regency are an addon.
