Could it really be going bad? Maybe it's the drivers? It's happening with some other games now.

If it's happening with other games, your graphics card is most likely dying.

Is it also happening on the desktop, like this?

Red flag. You're experiencing crashes, screen glitches and artifacts. Those are definite signs of a dying graphics card, you're gonna need a new one very soon.

The crashes have been happening way before Beam.ng started acting weird. I guess the computer I was sent was faulty.

I guess so. Also, since you've been experiencing the crashes before the graphical glitches, have you also seen a very slow time navigating files, corrupted files, bad sectors, and weird sounds coming from your computer?

I can fully guarantee that your GPU has a foot in the grave. One day, you'll go to start your computer and it'll throw an error similar to this:

And once you get that, it's pretty much over. Save up for a new GPU, chances are there's some decent ones on the market for your application. They're not too difficult to tinker with, especially if you just replace it with the same one.

Ok, so it's just your GPU. I was wondering if your hard drive was going too.

Someone asked for my specs, here they are:
CPU: AMD FX-4300 quad core processor
    Graphics: AMD RX 460

If you want more stuff, ask, I don't really know what else to post for my specs.

I had more or less similar symptoms last year. Graphics start glitching, games stuttering, BSODs, and my bios is sometimes black and white + random colors.

The stuttering was fixed by installing a new hard drive, and the rest was by installing a new VGA.

Good to know. That might be case for me, or my GPU is dying. I'm not sure, but I think my GPU is dying like others said.
