Well, I'll try downloading it one more time, but after that I'm through. Okay so I went back and found the issue, it was because I wasn't putting the sirenmod.zip in the mods folder. I was only putting the sirenmod folder in the mods folder. But thank you for doing everything to try and help me and for being so persistent with this!
This mod is awesome! Can't believe I haven't stumbled upon it until now. I do have 1 issue though. Whenever I spawn a new car or replace the default car; the mod seems to stop working.

Why wont m sirens turn on? Ok so, you could go to jojos profile look for the siren mod and thays all, follow the rest on the videos he has,
Drag and drop lua folder to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BeamNG.drive\ And drag and drop zip file and sirenmod folder to: C:\Users\---\Documents\BeamNG.drive\mods\
I suppose you are using the 'Humble Bundle' version of the game then. The only thing that would change is this: You would simply have to put the files inside the folder that contains the game (ie. Where you extracted the game) The second part of the instructions: Are the same for you too. (Unless you manually changed the location of the userfolder)
