How make a skin

    I want to make a good sking in paint.net and these are my questions

    1.How to create a new skin folder, i dont want to modify the normal van, i want to make a separate skin.
    2.How to insert a picture in the skin?

    1 - Create a folder structure like:

    /vehicles/van/nameoftheskin/

    You can put the jbeam for the skin part either in the "van" subfolder or in the skin subfolder, while the materials.cs file must be in the aforementioned subfolder or it will break the main vehicle materials.

    2 - If you want a thumbnail for your custom config using this skin, first save it to create a .pc file. Create an info file for your config (info_yourconfig.json) and then launch the Thumbnail Generator app.

    No, in order to make an addon, you need new folders in a structure that you'll then zip when done.
    Together with all other GUI apps. :)

    so i make the skin for the etk i series (example) and just put the paint.net file there (in the skin.zip file)

    You also need a skin part (Jbeam) for the vehicle and one or more material definitions.
