After reading another one of those "this famous person should be president" articles, I have decided that the we have entered an era where the American Presidency is going to be nothing but celebrities trying to improve their status. So I got to thinking, what would I say to attract attention if I was campaigning? I would make the Calabash the national gourd of the USA. It is an amazing fruit that deserves more recognition. They are basically self replicating bottles, the very definition of green. With enough of them, the Paris climate agreement will be obsolete. I would make immigration for these gourds easier. With how much they have helped Americans bottle stuff, they deserve easy access to our country. New York would be transformed into a calabash center. It is basically a couple of overpopulated islands with a giant field to the northwest, so why not repurpose it? And finally, anyone caught doing harm to a calabash will go straight to a returibituon center. They will lose everything they have while there and we will make zero attempt at rehabilitation. Got a small problem... One of my flatmates smoke, that is fine by me, I take no issue with that. However they also smoke in their bedroom, which leaves the hallway a little smelly, minor inconvenience though, was willing to turn a blind eye to that. However they were also smoking in the kitchen/living room, I had asked them not to smoke in there and they put it out and apologised. However it is pretty clear that they are still smoking in there on a regular basis. For starters, I don't really want the living room and kitchen filled with smoke, I don't really want to be breathing in second hand smoke, I also don't want my belongings getting covered in smoke either. Smoking indoors is against the housing contracts, but I don't really want to go thermonuclear on them by getting the landlord involved. Looks like I am gonna have to ask again... Which is difficult when you don't even know their name.
btw, has anyone gone to a public/school/work toilet and found (presumably) a vape cloud? Happened to me today.
Some webadmin somewhere is going to be finding themselves with some really strange UserAgents visiting.
