stuck on spawning player

when iam loading a map i get stuck on spawing player i can drive the car but it stays on spawning playter i have reinstallted the game but no change any tips?

once your stuck in the loading press CTRL+U them double click anywhere inside this new windows and press F5.
You should see your car and the loading screen comes back, press ESCAPE to hide

This is not a proper fix tho.

tried that no menu or window popsup

nvm it didnt work in full screen but i noticed this happens on mostly modded maps
