Since this mod was quite old, there are a couple drawbacks to activating it.
It will generate a "no texture" error when equipping the tipper upfit.
Also the implemented autograb technology is outdated and once you grab something good luck with decoupling.
Bottom line: don't be sad about it not being available, it's more pain than joy (due to the game moving forward, not to bad mod quality).
