To people worrying why is this On Hold: !DO NOT WORRY! I'm just taking a minor break because I got some terrible tooth pain, that makes me take 4 different painkillers in a day (so a mix of painkillers, bad weather & pain is a bad combo ). I will start working on it soon, but also in 5 days I got to go to hospital for reasons I can't tell here ( ) so the "On Hold" status may last over a week (or a bit more). I'm sorry that this just suddenly went "offline" & I didn't tell the reason, but now you all know what's going on & hopefully you'll understand my current issue. I may be doing some tiny progress, but it probably won't be worth posting here.
Agreed, I would send a Get Well card... but you'll get this faster anyways... So get well soon! In the meantime I will keep posting progress when I get some on the JBeam.
Still working on stiffness... I will probably have to reduce the node count in the frame to get it any stiffer... that's probably what I will be doing today... won't be anything visual, but it should make a noticeable difference in drivability.

Well, I still didn't do it, it's at the progress as on the last picture (or maybe a bit more stuff on it), so I still gotta do that. Also things like a-arms, steering etc. need to be modeled, since I didn't do them yet
Worked on the JBeam last night... nothing to physically show for it. I didn't add or remove any nodes or beams, but I increased the stiffness of the overall structure drastically, and added the ability to deform the body realistically like it were made of aluminum just like the real thing. I don't have Sithhy's model with all the brakes, diffs, and drive shafts yet, but I do have one with the bumpers and hood, so I might work on them tonight
