100% i have watched so many tutorials on YouTube. i have downloaded about 4 mods ALL going into my USER/document/beamng/mods folder. I can not figure out for the life of me why this stuff won't show up? sorry if there's like 100 posts on this but trust me, I've read most of them and they keep saying make sure you're putting it in correct folder blah blah and i think that is the correct folder no?

Normally (atleast with recent mods) you'd download them and they will come in a .zip file. Then the entire .zip file should be moved to the mods folder in the documents. Considering you said you did this, my only guess is you got the mods from elsewhere, which aren't packaged correctly for the game to handle

Normally the only time a mod needs to be extracted and put into the game files is when it's a much older mod which is no longer working properly. Even then, most of these mods don't work atall, so there are actually very few mods you should ever have to go to the Steam files for

It's interesting you say this, because I don't seem to have that folder atall.
You shouldn't really have to. Doing it with the mods folder means the mod manager will work correctly in-game, and in general the game will freak out less. Again though, a link to atleast one of the mods you were trying to install would help us out alot

Please do not ever install mods in the Steam folder (or suggest other people so!)
It makes helping a user unnecessarily complicated, your mods could simply disappear because of Steam and the mod-manager won't work for them.

@Dmash please remove the mods from that folder before it causes major problems to you.

    Mods should go in User/Documents/BeamNG.Drive/mods.
@Dmash can you please install your mods in the correct folder, and send us a screenshot of how your folder looks like?
Also, are you sure the path is correct? A common mistake is using OneDrive/Documents/BeamNG.Drive/mods, which is not right.
Also2, are you sure you are installing the mods correctly? (ie. no extracting files or any weird step aside from just placing the ZIP in the correct folder?)
