ive noticed while driving my fps drops down to 5/10 fps for a seccond then going back to 60 fps
this happens on mostly large maps
    how can i prevent this?
    specs are
    amd a8 5600k
    16 gb ddr3 1333 ram overclocked to 1600
gtx 950 with a slight overclock
this also happens in gta 5 when going at fast speeds but noticebly less agressive (dropping to 20/30 fps for a seccond)

Well then there's your solution. Those old AMD chips are terrible.

Check your temps. It might start to thermal throttle. Either that, or your CPU has gotten unstable overtime, and will need the overclock to be toned down abit.

Also make sure that you're running a more aggresive fan curve than normal, to help keep everything cooler while overclocked. Sure, it'll make more noise, but it's whatever really

Bad part is windows cannot read the temperature of the cpu it keeps going down to the minus levels
    In the bios it works
I'll try to make the cooler faster
But atm i can't since its temporarily in the living room and its ortherwise way to loud

Clean your cooling solution and apply new thermal paste, that will help it.
