Quite new to the beamNG forum

Hello everyone, I have just bought beamNG and was wondering, where would I go on the forums to request cars/ post about a car and have someone link it to me? I have looked around for a few of the cars I want and searched the creations thread now I'm resorting to this! thanks in advanced!

 

Welcome! There is a thread here for vehicle requests, but naturally not all of the requests can be met, so if you want an obscure vehicle or something really specific, it's probably best to make it yourself. It's quite acceptable to use one of Gabe's jbeams, so long as you credit him and modify it to fit your model. You will have to make your own model, unless you have permission from an author of another model to use it, as stolen models are not tolerated here (game models e.g Forza models are also not allowed). If you feel stuck, there are tutorials out there to help you.

 

alright thanks for the info! Also may i ask why Forza models are not allowed? just wondering that's all

 

Copyright. Do you legally own the permissions to use the forza models? You do not, and by using them you would be a copyright violator.
