I really don't understand why you even dare compare a 200 dollar android to a 900 dollar iPhone. Try out the pixel 2. not the xl. just the regular one. Better than reg size iphone 8. Better camera, better software, more recognizable. Oh and don't even start talking about geekbench shift, it doesn't translate to much in the real world.
And here's another wonderful case of an enlightened 13 year old who can't accept other people's opinions. Good job buddy, want a cookie?
Hold on. I am not thinking about IPhone 8. I cant afford that thing. IPhone SE is the only IPhone I could afford.
I'm not even thinking about iPhone. IMO iPhones are intended for people who to boast with them and say "I am rich!! I have a iPhone!!" I'm perfectly satisfied with my Acer Liquid Jade. Although I can't find any accessories for it. It's a very quality phone.
I have an iPhone 7 plus and i don't understand why people think that iphone users boast about how good their phones are. People just want to say that their 100$ smartphones are better than iphones because they are jealous of the better phone. Now to be fair, there are better phones out there that might be cheaper than an iphone but i don't understand what is wrong with having the latest iphone. And even some android phones have features that I would like to have on my iphone but it doesn't.
My issue is that when you buy a iphone that costs 1000 dollars but a Pixel or a Galaxy is much more capable for the same price. To me, there are only two occasions where Apple makes sense to me: fashion or corporate reasons.
I hear you. I mained an iPhone 4 for 8 months, and it's still going strong on iOS 7. Then again, iPhones were obviously better in 2010 because Apple could throw money at problems while developers of Android phones couldn't really do that. Nowadays, it's anybody's game, and Android is winning out.
Years ago, when smart phones could barely be considered smart, I can see why Apple would've been a good choice. You simply buy it, plug it in, turn it on and bam. You have a phone which works well as a phone. Nowadays, Android phones are pretty much little computers, which can do allsorts. Obviously not everyone will want this, so they'll go to Apple, seeing as they're pretty much the only people releasing a 'simple' phone. Yet, for what ever reason, they've sky-rocketed the price, and only really removed features. Aside from being abit faster, having a few more 'ease of use' features and having compatibility with a few more apps, the latest IOS doesn't do anything more than what IOS 7 does, which is runnable on a nearly 8 year old phone (the 4). Their new phone cost what, nearly £1000? Over £1000? What do you get? Aside from it probably having a slightly better camera, being slightly faster, and apparently being made completely of glass? (How is this a benefit? It's a gimmick) The thing doesn't even have an audio jack! I wonder how much further they can go blatantly ripping off their customers with a 'revolutionary' new phone every 1-2 years until people start realizing that they're actually not getting anything for their money. Well, except a small, light and unnecessarily thin bit of metal (or glass) which does the exact same as the previous model, only slightly better. To be perfectly honest, the phone is borderline a scam. Apologize for the massive rant, but I could go on forever, so I'll stop now.
I'm not a complete apple fanboy, but I have an Iphone 5 just for simplicity's sake. And LITERALLY everyone who has enough hair gel to start a forest fire brags about their stupid iPhone 8 and it "being hip". I can run IOS 11.3 on my phone PERFECTLEY.
