cant download game

i get through the whole download process and then it gets to the proxy thing at the end then it aqquires a fatal error what do i do?

 

You read the support forums, make a search on the forums or google and find that this is the number 1 most commonly reported issue.

Turn antivirus and firewall off entirely and run as administrator.

 

i did that and it still gives me the same problem
