New to the forum. Having trouble locating files. Help?

Iv'e been around this site a lot downloading mods in the past. I currently own BeamNG (not through steam), and I've put soo many hours into Beam. Right now I'm working on a Pessima 4x4, using several parts mods and such. My current issue is that the steering is continuously breaking, and then the axles/hubs. This happens upon hard launches and turning at speed (assuming it's because of the massive tires). I was trying to open the game files and find a way to fix the issue like strengthening the steering. I can't find the files in my BeamNG folder to change what I want and I can't find a program that works or that I can use. Help guys? I'd appreciate any help so much.

 

Just before it breaks, do the front wheels rapidly increase in diameter?

 

No. I've actually witnessed what you're talking about with the Civetta Bolide at 409 MPH. Haha. My Pessima 4x4 isn't even fast, just a little torque-y. I don't know what's causing this but I can't use it much without breaking it.
