No. There are a few types: "lockable torque converter"
"High stall torque converter"
"Heavy duty lockable torque converter"
And if you look at, for example the Legran's options there's just "torque converter" which operates ideally. That's what I mean.

For some strange reason it really reminds me of the Compact DX from Burnout 3.

 

If you're making a Japanese police car, could you add the option for right hand drive as that is the norm for cars in Japan?

I've already swapped the entire Sunburst powertrain over. Lemme stick with that for now, and maybe add more stuff after completion.
