Just because it sold well doesn't mean it looks good.
BTW I hate the later facelift Picasso, it was way worst as the pre facelift with those hubcaps looks slightly cute IMO, a bit like a fat baby.

 

There was just shy of 50,000 Fiat Multipla's sold in 2001. Doesn't make it a pretty car to any extent

You're comparing 50 000 Multiplas with 1.5 Milion Xsara Picassos sold total. That many people cannot be wrong. In 2001 alone Citroen sold 4x more than Fiat did.

So? The AMC Pacer sold 145,528 units on the first year and most people I know call it ugly.

 

Because most people are sheep who's car tastes come solely from "Top 10 ugliest cars" type of lists.

 

To be fair, I only went by the European figures specifically in 2001. But yeah, the Xsara did sell alot more regardless of this. It makes sense. The Xsara is cheap, practical, fairly reliable (considering it's a post 2000's French car), and is generally a fairly good car. And to be fair, I wouldn't consider it one of the 'ugliest cars ever'. It;s just too fat and bubbly for me.

Is that the Mk1 Prius? Fun fact, on Gran Turismo 2, I can't remember quite what it says, but the description for that car basically says even car enthusiasts will enjoy and be happy with it (It may've also said something about that for future models). How wrong they were...
