I just had a 0 bytes update. Steam regularly pushes game updates without the developers of the game knowing. I've seen this happen with sooo many early access games and dev's are like 'huh? what are you talking about, we didn't change anything' So these tiny updates don't have to mean anything. I've seen updates up to a few megabytes without the developers of the game knowing anything about it.
That's more likely the 'Steam cloud' syncing your files. You'll know the update is out when you see the blog post ( or if you receive an Steam alert, if you are in the game's group )

Finally the forum is back online I wonder if the tram tracks are going to be fully modeled with realistic colisions or just model with simplified colisions... If they're going to be true train tracks then we could see a tram from the mod community, or even an official tram.
