Your fastest legit 1/4 mile time?

Seeing as there is a legit drag strip now, what is your fastest 1/4mile time with no power hacks, and stock cars?
Mine is an 9.119 @154mph with the sunburst which i built from the base model.... Trying to get into the 8s but its hard as it has to be the absolute perfect run to do it.

State how much power the car makes by using the torque curve app, and for the 1/4mile time use the distance timer on the repository.

My car in game makes 575 (lb-ft) with turbo and 635 ps (626hp)
With nos it makes 637 (lb-ft) and 695 ps (685hp)

My fastest is 9.5 in my moonhawk SRT Demon

840 horsepower, 707 LBS Of torque

 

Beat my record with lowered turbo psi and lower waste gate limit. I changed the power transfer to 65% to the rear and the track width, and this time I used an 60 shot of nos instead of a 40.
My time was 9.048 so close to an 8s run

8.545 in the drag Burnside as set up by default. She definitely has more in her though, I was all over the track and trying to take it easy in the first 60ft. I can't get the drag Barstow down the track at all, she just flies straight up. Haven't tried the drag Moonhawk.

 

Heres a screenshot of my setup, and my fastest run.. My shifting is mediocore.. Not too sure when to shift, either 7k or 7500rpms lmao...

They're fast but hard to control. Go easy on the gas for the first bit, then gradually feed it more gas.
I stay away from the very powerful muscle cars.. I prefer the base models or sport models of other cars.

 

Is there an in-game app or something to time it? Because if so, I can't seem to find it...

9.964 in a Moonhawk, with slicks, stock 4bbl v8, 4spd drag trans, no hood and a gutted interior and a 500 shot of NOS.

 

0:7:954 In the normal drag Moonhawk. Haven't altered the config.
You have to take it easy on the gas and try avoid steering away from the path. Once you feel like you're steady and in control then you max the throttle.

 

8,44 in a Barstow, stage 2 supercharged, NOS, probably street legal

Used an Default drag barstow config but with 115kw nos injection at first gear starting from 1800rpm.

 

The time inside my drag Barstow that has 2900 Horsepower

 

I hit 7.64 seconds in my custom V10 making 550Nm with 100kW N2O (off memory, no proof so take with a grain of salt).
No wheelspin with default 17x12 race tires, but a mad wheelie

 

Around 7 seconds I'll get the exact time later

 

Beat my previous time with an 8.802 @159mph Don't think i can do much better with the sunburst. The engine will blow up on the second run sadly ... I've started with the base model sunburst, did weight reduction and then added performance parts to see the difference in performance. For those who are interested, here is what i got ... the sunburst is my favorite car now

Ok the pessima classic engine is super overpowered..... geeeez.... it doesn't even give the warning for over torquing lmao. I'm able to give it a 300shot of nos with the stage 3 turbo maxed.... I got a 8.032 i think as my best.

Yeah the sunburnt was at the limit for its power. It will survive one race but it'll blow up on the second half way through.. Only if we had a more powerful turbo that would be nice. A turbo that is good for 750-800hp.

 

I like to pretend that the Pessima engine is a bit like the Mitsubishi 4G63, which is capable of ridiculous power if built right, haha.
Currently experimenting with a Peso as well, with a 200 shot of nitrous and a maxed Stg3 turbo it makes ~820hp and bogs terribly on launch.
