Maybe it's a modded map. Check the author of the map

 

No mods enabled besides private ones. (That I know do not change those files)

 

Have you enabled Safe Mode? (It disabled every single mod you have)

Description and pic. It appeared in this hotfix. I'm assuming that they might have included some files unintentionally.

 

Possibly. But at least it doesn't affect the map, or how you play the game

 

The word "wintery" doesn't mean snow. The devs just haven't updated the thumbnail.

 

I don't believe Derby Arenas featured snow. The thumbnail obviously features snow (Look closely). It's not an old screen, it's new.

I'm bringing it up as it's obviously not supposed to be there, especially as it's inaccurate to the map.

 

That's not snow, that's dirt.

 

I'm talking about the trees. Note the white tints on the tops.

 

It does look like snow, but that's just the trees being illuminated my the sunlight. Also, that thumbnail was taken in alpha 0.3, so lighting was different then.

Don't know why, but after 20-30 minutes of driving a car (the same one through the time period), the backfire & tire squeeling stop working, the wind is louder & loops for like 3 sec. when the tire squeel comes on for also this long + sometimes the engine does a way louder "burp" at half of the revs. Reseting the car by pressing R or Ctrl + R doesn't help; the situation happens on safe mode too

 

Anyone have this same issue with HDR on... and now with update 0.11.0.2 it is always on, screen has this pink/red hue.... I cleared all cache/mods... Honestly I had this issue before update if I enabled HDR.. this always left it off but now thats not an option.

 

I think I know how to fix it. Set overall quality to "custom", and then scroll down, and click "postfx". A gray window should pop up. Click HDR, and then "effects" and disable "enable color shift".

 

My computer is pretty low end. It struggled to grasp more than 12 FPS on West Coast USA before, but after the latest hotfix with HDR always on, my framerate plummeted. I always used to run with HDR off so this is a little annoying...

I'm trying to turn it off but I don't have anywhere to click "postfx" to turn it off even after changing it to custom, am I just missing something? I can't stand the look of HDR and it's really making it hard for me to play the game right now...

EDIT: here's a picture of how my game looks in case this is a glitch brought on by the HDR on my end.
