On Hold i need help making a mod

i might need someone to help me create a mod as i have no idea what im doing ive followed afew youtube video's and it ended up wasting my time And problem's with the file's not being correct

im making a test mod with 5 vehicle's i made with the offical part's from the game that seem's to be better then the other vehicle's

It's kinda hard to explain when you dont know the third of the english language but what i think would be best is for me is to text to someone for help to guide me

what do u want a picture of?

 

whatever your main language is, you could use that and google translate it, or just translate it

 

Your telling me to use the worse Translating website?

How do i make it so if i drop it into the mod folder they work? and to upload them to the mod workshop as a tester?

 

Drag those inside your mod folder. there will be no info or pictures, though.
