Man, Sad That You Didn't Enjoy The Mod With the Original Texture
But Don't Worry, It Always Happens With Mods

 

Do I need the original mod?
If I do, I tried clicking the link but its not showing up

 

I clear my cache every 2 times I play, try removing all the mods but just leave the lamborghini in it and see how that goes.

 

I don't care if that's what it looks like when it gets messed up it looks cool to me

 

I cleared th cache and safe mode and still no effect.

 

Did you reinstall? Mine is completely fine...

 

All variants of the mod have missing textures except one in which half of the textures work. As WhyBeAre said 'the car spikes "like a teenager" haha

Maybe is your computer or the mod is outdated.

I have a monster PC but the mod still doesn't work.

 

weird, I think you downloaded it wrong, or try clearing cache, or check your console if something went wrong and send a screenshot

Try to take a screenshot on your console, maybe a mod is conflicting with the aventador

 

Disamble all mods except the aventador

Do what he said, but to be really sure take out all your mods from the mods folder and only leave in the Aventador. Also are you hearing engine sounds? I'm not, update soon
