It seems as if every location is affected..

I guess Mars is the second option.

    Ok, enough silly/off-topic talk.

I voted "no" because internet packages will never be a thing, NN or no NN. Now stop whining about the upcoming apocalypse you think this will be, and saying that Capitalism must die. Capitalism/free market is why there will be no packages. If people don't want to pay for internet packages, they won't be a viable business model. A state-run ISP (Socialism) could potentially be worse because it would be controlled by the same politicians you hate now, and their successors which will be the same as they are.

And if the internet does become unusable, at least I won't have to hear people whine online anymore.

A friend of mine said that the Congress are creating a law that protects Net Neutrality, but the friend heard that from CNN, and I think they can sometimes be untrustworthy, so it could not be true. Either way, there is something about not abiding the people's plea, which the FCC aren't doing at all. I don't know exactly, but I believe its something like that.

The point I'm getting to is that we are all lost, but there is a glimmer of light in the form of The Congress.

My internet was always slow to begin with, but I have definitely noticed it taking even longer to load websites today. Sometimes it's so slow Chrome thinks my connection is gone.

Have you seen what the internet is like in Portugal? They don't have any NN rules, so it's free game to do internet packages there. That's exactly where the US is headed. Not immediately, but unless Congress vetos the FCC's decision, it will eventually.

I wouldn't blame Capitalism for it. It's more of a case of corporate greed, not really Capitalism as a whole.

Here's something interesting I found today.
