    If your asking what the picture itself is, it is a default picture that shows up when a vehicle or terrain has no user-created preview image. If your asking why it is there, I have no idea, I am guessing it probably came in some mega pack or something of that nature.

    It's a part of the Car Antlers mod. If you don't have the 200EX mod installed (because the Car Antlers Mod is compatible with it), for whatever reason it will show up like that.

    The same thing happens for me so I had to personally investigate it. The weird thing is that there are other standalone mods that the Car Antlers mod supports (i.e. Fait One mod) that don't show up when not installed. Thankfully, it doesn't compromise gameplay at all.

    I just figured out it was your Car Antlers mod that was doing that. I just needed to install the 200EX mod.
