This is kind of killing the boredom side project for me. First I wanted to put LS7 in D15 as it just makes sense, after that I wanted faster transmission, so I looked information and found Tremec 7 speed DCT for sport oriented applications, with proper torque capacity. HP and torque figures are bit low, IMO. I did put in right numbers from dyno sheet, but still losses are too much for crank values, so I might revisit torque curve and put little bit extra to numbers, I think I calculated around 18% loss, which is bit odd as 28% would be box + diff losses, 18% loss at crank is bit high, but there is much I don't understand. So I will play with values a bit, to get rpm rise, engine braking and power to where those should be. Performance is enough good though, fastest ETK800 is slower: BX200 race version is close to same performance, actually I took wheels from that to Doku Doku. Next I will need to learn about suspension, I will need more settings than there is available, ultimately it would be nice to make new suspension setup as I would like this to handle like a race car, so that is one of the greatest challenges. I'm not sure if I will add anything graphical to this, I like more from numbers than making graphics and for graphical stuff there is another project to put time onto. If someone wants to make LS7 model and put it in D15, I'm not against though. I try to log here something about build process as I get time to work on this and methods I use etc. Maybe thread serves a purpose at some day then. Current WIP version is attached, but it is not very good and you probably won't do anything with it, it is not even made to be a mod yet, just some files with some changes, but I'm just storing it here so that if I accidentally delete folder it does not get lost. I would of put this to modgroup, but I can't have a modgroup, so I just use this thread as my modgroup for this mod. Pretty much everything will probably still change even in those files, so that you know it is not representing final mod in any way. So if you accidentally download the zip, don't except much.
When I saw your truck project name, I thought it was Doki Doki but it just Doku Doku and no creepy thing happens except spinning out. This is my why I should not play too much Doki Doki Literature Club.
It makes Doki Doki very fast though, currently bit of snap oversteer at careless throttle application and there is this horrible scream I hear, it is someplace near my right foot, because it always screams when flooring the throttle.
