Oh. I thought the crash test was 50% overlap test like I made for the screenshot, but it's like 20% after closer look and the body may have been rotten/deliberately weakened too. The deformation is actually really good, almost like in that crash test picture. Keep up the good work.
Great work so far. About the handling... with a 40/60 weight distribution, its by nature going to be a handful given the same tires front and rear. And indeed they have a reputation for oversteer. But I'd say its too much right now. If you look at the weight distribution app, not only is there way more weight in the rear (which is accurate) but far more weight transfer as well, so it is overloading the outside rear tire too much leading to the oversteer. Double check the spring rates are accurate and acting with the same motion ratio, if they are perhaps the front sway bar needs to be stiffer. Additionally, the rear roll center might be too high or the front too low. I can kind of see that the front end drops more than the rear when cornering, indicating an inclined roll axis. If anything, with a rear heavy car, you want the incline the opposite way. Moving the inner trailing arm point down a few cm will give a big change in roll center on a trailing arm suspension. Or maybe the front needs to be a bit higher by having the arms more inclined at right height. 1cm here or there can make a big difference and with such an extreme weight distribution it will need everything it can get.
