I got 3 Street racers with illegal exhaust mods on em' none of them run but the WCUPD found theese three crashed cars and decided to sell them to fund the department and told me to do it for them in exchange for freedom (they caugt me hijacking an ETK) anyways as far as ive been told the illegal mods have been removed and the cars dont run, but they are pretty fixable though. Modded Hirochi Sunburst (uknown trim) Estimated to have just about 477-512 BHP (including LOL nitrous injection size 200LB) Interior is pretty nice conditon, it includes a roll cage, runs if you fix it enough, is beaten beyond trim recognition, windshield and other windows cracked, well just look at the thing.
