It depends.. If the officer was a midget then they might have survived with a few minor injuries. But if the officer was a decent height he would be dead dave, everybody's dead dave..

People are missing the point of this thread. Posting a picture of a tiny, mashed up tin can and going "hahaha did I die?' Lost its humor after the fourth or fifth one.

actually, that IS, the point of this thread, is posting your vehicle crashes, and seeing if you died (which, the majority of people did, unless it's a legit crash EDIT: for example, the person who posted right below me, :p)

This is the police report of an accident, which had happend yesterday, 27th of January 2014 at around 16p.m. .

The Situation: A Gavril Grand Marshall Sport was driving down the Road , whilst a young couple together with their 2 years old boy had been driving up a ramp to get on the same road. The Details of what happend in that VW are unknown, because the parents and their son were all brought to hospital, not being available for some questions. We don't know details of the young family yet, except of the Husband was the driver, his wife as the co-driver and their young son at the back right seat, a child's seat was found in the car. But it didn't seem to be the right size for the age of the son.

The Driver of the Gavril was not hurt during the accident, and pointed out his view of the accident:

: Protocol of the Interview: Gavril's Driver
I was driving down the road, and I was somehow dazzled by the sun. But I've still been able to see the road ahead. But right at the point where the smaller street, which passes this road under the bridge back there ( Driver is pointing to the bridge ) , connects to this road, that VW came in my way. I couldn't do anything. He just didn't see me coming, I think, so he pulled right in my way. He was very slow, I don't know what he did. Every normal person would have used the ramp to accelerate.
    : End of Protocol

Because of the vague statements from the Driver of the Gavril, the Officers had checked whether he might by lying. And they found his cellphone in the Car, having dailed a number short before the accident happend. The fact that the Display is shattered, points out, that he might have been holding it in his hands during the accident. Maybe he was distracted. Luckily, a traffic cam caught the accident, even if the usable part of the Video is a very short part. Conclusion: It can't be said whether the Gavril was speeding, but it really seems like the VW was very slow. The Reason must be further investigated.

Driver in the gavril was fine, driver in the golf suffered severe head trauma because he wasnt wearing his seatbelt. Later on he died.

THe driver of the gavril just suffered a broken wrist because he gripped the steering wheel to stop from flying forward, and the weight was just too much. I'd say the father, the one driving the volkswagen, suffered sever whiplash and a slight concussion from smashing his head through the window, and the mother suffered a broken rib and severe whiplash too. Luckily they were both wearing their seat belts or it would have been much worse. The kid in the back suffered a bad concussion, and severe internal injuries. He holds on to his life for a week in critical condition, but, sadly, he doesn't make it:(. He probably would have lived if the car seat was the right size.
    Edit: Ninja'd

The driver of the car, assuming he was wearing a five-point harness, suffered a broken leg, arm, and three broken ribs from the crash. He makes a full recovery and is racing again just 8 months later.:)
