i just need it to be a little bit more russian like suspension that either is too jiggly or that doesnt move and an underpowered engine and bad textures
Usually, Russian mods portraying average cars have relatively OK suspension, decent HP figures (or even higher thean standard, e.g. if you make a Lada on a LeGran) and all textures working. As I previously said to someone else, don't try to out-Russian Russians.
Some russian mods had 3D text signatures of the mod author in the cockpit... that would be nice to see!
a recommended thing for this - make the engine over or underpowered, I downloaded a lamborghini gallardo mod from WOM for some reason and it was heavily underpowered.

Hmmm... The inside of the car looks good -1 It crashes good -1 The sounds are good too -1 Everything else i think is pretty shit So 7/10!, still Russian mods do a better work at being shitty, if you were to make inside plastic, crashes glitchy and the acceleration and sound of the car the same as every Russian mod, it would be hell but in this case heaven!
The sound would have to be the old car sound to match with the real Russian mods, but the crashes are not always perfect, I once had a fetal vehicle expection using this, and unlike any other mod where I would be upset over that, I could not be more happy with the fact this mod was made to represent the shite mods of WOM.
