But I'll wait till the forum situation is Not this one, I meant that I think that muffled exhaust will have a bit less of that rumbly-clicky noise which you can hear mostly on iddle ( I'm not aue if I'm right as the only "straight piped" car that I drove was my dad's renault megane when the exhaust pipe has rusted off between the header and the cat The old 75hp 4 cylinder started sounding like a freaking rally car It even afterfired a bit
Great! That's exactly what I wanted. If you want of course you can send it to me on PM and I'll include it in the next update (I'll of course put all of the required credits too.
I forgot to mention that your mod makes Barstow left and right door glass tinted even though custom body is not selected.
The tint for the doors is separate. If you don't want the tint, just use the stock window glass. --- Post updated --- Oh you mean the interior... Okay I've already fixed it. For now you can just replace files from my mod with those ones: (materials.cs should be placed in the materials folder)
I was just about to post the screenshot. Damn, you work fast! Maybe put it in your to-do list on next update?
It is already fixed Now I'm working on adding the V10 for the Fullsize/H-series/D-series/Roamer. --- Post updated --- Another car joins the V10 Team
Some final touches on the Grand Marshal --- Post updated --- The whole lineup has received a new sound system. Now all of the vehicles have the same sounds, which are split into 3 types: -Muffled (for all vehicles with muffled exhaust) -Straight Pipe (for all of the straight piped vehicles, and the side pipes for Moonhawk) -No exhaust (for when you just want to annoy everyone and drive with no exhaust, it just a louder straight pipe sound) Engine volume for all cases has been slightly turned down. This is basically so you will be able to use @440cid 's Viper sound add-on, which couldn't be uploaded to the repo itself, as the sounds were converted from Forza. His addon, which he will post soon will start working as soon as the next mod update is out!
Hi there, @Ai'Torror has been so kind to accept me helping him doing sounds for his V10 engines. As he said, sounds were converted and modified a bit from Forza Motorsport which is copyrighted so this sound mod won't be able to make it to the mod repo. All you need to do is wait for this mod to be updated to the next version, then select a different exhaust to choose which sound you want; an original BeamNG's V10 sound, an aggressive Viper inspired V10 sound on the straight pipes, and a muffled version of the Viper V10 on the muffled exhaust. Have a lot of fun, burn a lot of rubber, and try not to crash your V10 souped up cars
As it turns out... A Roamer with Stage 2 Turbocharged V10 with no rear driveshaft can do burnout from 0-200mph
Nah, It is just me testing stuff out while making the mod I've managed to break the driveshaft while doing on power 360's at about 130mph, so I've decided to just put it in 6th gear and gun it. I spun those tires all the way till they exploded P.S. Do not shift into First at 240mph with 4wd and race/drag tires, as it will twist the whole engine block
Yup, that could be bad thing to do, even without 4wd I believe they call it money shifting, here is something to have a laugh at, (at least near the end):
Ich ferstehe deutch nicht... Could you translate it to english please? --- Post updated --- Okay so, I totally forgot about the headers in the Burnside Special. I'll sneak them along with D-series and Roamer which will be added after or with Grand Marshal (It all depends on synsol)
You might want to read this: https://wiki.beamng.com/Sound And take a look at the sound addon pack how I set it up.
I've never really thought that the D-series engine bay is that small... Any ideas on where to mount the Intercooler? Integrate it into the bumper or try to stick it elsewhere? Maybe a Top Mount?
