Profile picture gone?

I don't know why but my profile picture is gone, was just a gif of animated water that I made.

 

When did it disappear?
Recently the file size limit for avatars was reduced down to 1 megabyte.
Depending on however long ago your avatar disappeared, that might have been the cause.
