Hello! I've decided to spend the time to learn how to properly model vehicles in Blender. I'm trying to convert the game's Roamer SUV into a light pickup, in the style of the Chevrolet Avalanche. This is just a project for me to work on. I will only fully release the mod if and when I feel it is ready to see the light of day. I'd appreciate any help I could get.
Cool, I'd probably own an Avalanche if I could as a first car I buy. I really like them, so I want to see this in BeamNG...
(edit) oh wait i thought it meant land as in actual land sorry!. i have to go to bed now xD (i originally thought why this vehicle is in land, because i was thinking actual land.)
Oh hell yes! I've always wanted more of the roamer, and here it is! Please don't let this mod die, bro.
I tried making one of these a few months ago, but I was bad at modding then and it didn't turn out well. I hope yours gets finished!
Looks like an excellent start! Looking forward to seeing how it turns out. Just learning Blender myself, but if I can help at all, let me know!
Looks Good! I hope to see it for download one day! Also, just a request, maybe when this one is finished up make the front end of the d-series a choice to use on it? It has similar grill/headlights.
My almost 70 year old biological mum has one of these. Actually I kind of like it, she has a slide-out aftermarket tray in the bed, it's lovely. Just slide it out and out come the entire contents of the back. The neighbor has one too across the street. Someone a few houses down has one. Someone down the other end of the road has an IDENTICAL one to hers. It's nuts. I can see why they're all buying them. The FORD equivalent is about 6~12 thousand more depending on options as they're in higher demand (it's also 'more truck' but it's a Ford, some people aren't partial to Ford, but the interior on the Ford WILL last longer...).
please keep it on the OEM roamer frame so we can use other roamer mods with it too! Gonna be cool to see in game!!!
I like the Avalanche, and I feel Im gonna like this too. Cant wait! Wait hold on didn't Peter Beamo make something like this too?
