Okay, got a new one. Changed 8 things, original on the right. I don’t expect you guys to solve this one, given the crappy resolution of the image.

This is very hard, 10 differences to find. Most of them are minor, look both at cars and the background!
Yellow lada fuel cap, black cars indicator, trafiic lights in background, bus stripe, window gone on right building, curtains on left building, greeny yellow cars rims and stripe, something on the front left fender of the red car, and a stripe on the white car behind the yellow lada
bowtie, dot removed on jacket or whatever, little knob on car gone, dot on his pointer finger, and darker image "Close!" He has increased testosterone
All the first 4 answers are correct, but the image altered brightness when I saved it. EDIT: It's another one on the car, not on Winston on himself. (It's very minor, so you need to look VERY CAREFULLY.)
