So I've noticed over the last week, a couple of my mods of the repository have gained about 50,000 downloads or so, but the current version download tally hasn't gone up nearly as much. Is this a glitch with the new in game repository? Or are people choosing older versions of the cars? ( bruckell caldera and eris coucal)

Dang, And I was proud to have made the second most downloaded car and 4th most downloaded mod

Yup, they know about it, while my mod total downloads counter is off by 130 000
