To clear some wishes up: - Ding, Ding - Sound -> Lua would be needed. Don't think, that I can implement that. - Stock Rims -> I don't have a 3D model for them but I've got a pretty nice Trueno Rim model - Wagon -> No - Name -> I have a name for the repo release in mind but you can still post suggestions, probably will take one of yours - Beta Testers: No, I can test my stuff alone - AE85: I also thought about the Ae85 but except from the Eco engine I dont see that much difference compared to the Ae86. I haven't got a 3D model of the ae85 engine too and in my opinion you dont want to go even slower than the ae86 which is pretty underpowerd too. - Early Model Taillights -> Yes
AE85 sounds different, does not have rear stabilizer bar and has piss poo engine + of course different badges, less supportive seats and such. There indeed is not much difference, it's practically a config that some modder can add to your mod after release. What do you mean too slow, slow is not a thing?
That would drive me insane. Well for a certain set of rear wheel drive corollas at least. Wait, is the ae85 also rear wheel? I would assume so since the 86 is just a better version.
The corolla was mostly RWD, with some AWD examples, until about 1983, when FWD started to be phased in. The 86 and 85 were the last FR corollas offered
To my knowledge, most '60s-'80s era cars were RWD. You can thank the simplicity and balance of the FR layout for that.
