A cheap 4WD vehicle: 1998 Gavril Hopper XT-4 Highly modified 4WD 193,000 Miles (on 2 different engines) 5.5L V8 with Stage 2 Supercharger and less than 193,000 miles on it (exact number unknown) 5-Speed manual Damage: 3rd gear is a bit finicky but usually works, sometimes you may have to bypass it. Front wheels out of alignment, front left fender gone and metal slightly bent (no damage to any components from that bending). The suspension is VERY shaky, it's been quite abused as you'll read about below. Not damage but the new engine doesn't fit in the hood, so it has no hood. Also not damage but it has no front or rear bumper, presumably fell off while jumping. Information: This is quite the unique story of a car. It began life as an unknown company's work vehicle, unknown what purpose it was used for but got most of its miles there. Later on, the company sold it to a buyer who was an avid street racer. This person sold it to us, and said he used it in a jumping competition in the city at night. This means it hit quite large jumps, so he installed a 5.5L V8 into it for maximum speed hitting them. These jumping competitions have done some serious wear on the gears, suspension, and engine. The tires have been replaced since we acquired it. The engine can have some odd turbo lag occasionally but still runs great. Suspension isn't ideal but it works alright. NOTE: Do NOT tow anything with this vehicle, or hit jumps with it. The suspension is likely to break entirely if you do this. Asking Price: $2,200 (Negotiable but tight, for a 5.5L V8 4wd with a supercharger that's a solid deal!) Image: Next vehicle: 2000 Gavril UE D10 RWD 0 Miles 2.2L I4 with 5-speed manual Damage: No damage, brand new. Information: This is a vehicle from Gavril's "Ultra Economy" or UE series. This series was by Gavril and the goal was to make the cheapest possible new vehicles for work and other purposes where looks aren't essential. This means that this was assembled with random parts laying around at their factory (all new though). This particular one has no front or rear bumpers, a miscolored 2002 rear short bed paired to a 1997 regular cab stripped, and extra small wheels. The engines used in this series are very economic and get great gas mileage with the small wheels, which is a good bonus. There is a small gap between the cab and the bed since they weren't designed for each other, but it doesn't effect handling. We're not pretending it's not ugly, but the target audience shouldn't care about looks. **Note: The issue of no taillights can be solved upon purchase, we have a set of rear lights (not fit for this but can be welded on) and we will install for an additional $70 **2nd note: The tailgate is one of those orange mesh tailgate covers, will come with the truck installed at no cost.
