    I really want to post pictures like trucks but it doesn't allow me to post a pictures, is there a way to solve it?

    Your account is new, so you cannot send stuff like images (or other type of attachments).
    Once your account isn't marked as new anymore, you'd be able to post them.

    Probably same reason.
    You account is new, and probably you tried to post something particular that triggered the spamfilter.

    He got it when it was released first.
    The mod has been taken down as it's heavily outdated and does not work on the current versions.
    Author needs to update it.
