Hm maybe I should have explained the "Estimation" thing a bit better. It's really only estimated with a turbo engine. The issue there is that the exact wastegate pressure can't be known upfront. Hence the math estiamtes where the max pressure will end up.
SO, with turbo it is an estimation and with NA it is quite accurate withing few Nm of estimation or we could say accurate presentation? There needs to be more of this in WIki, it would remove so much guessing, but I'm so helpless with formal typing So I make a tutorial how to get engine torque right, maybe you can then check that it is correct if you have time some day?
Yea with NA there should only be rounding inaccuracies with the UI. And sure, feel to make such a tutorial.
So, about the bus... Is there any chance we might get a front signboard that works similarly to the license plate system, where you type in anything you want within a set number of characters and the texture is adjusted?
I think that when Italy is released, it will be the first official BeamNG map that takes place outside of the United States, hence the name 'Italy,' so I assume it takes place in Italy.
Errr...well, it should be quite obvious that Italy will take place in Italy. Where else would an Italian map take place? Also, the ETK DEC was the first official BeamNG map outside the US (it's located in Germany), so Italy will be the second.
I believe it takes its cue from Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. However, that's not necessarily a bad assumption to make, considering that a Japanese manufacturer owns it.
Race track on WUSA is more similar to Laguna. I always thought Hirochi Raceway is just bigger Suzuka Circuit.
SBR4 has also two levels of brake light intensity, depending from brake pressure, these are details I don't think many other games have, but modern vehicles do have, so it is really nice to have such features.
I thought it was some kind of a bug with lights in SBR4. Looks like K-Series will get some new parts (like this wing that is even similar to my sketch that wanted posted on forum). I hope we'll get GT race version.
I actually thought the taillight flashing was just a thing that an AI driver does when trying to smoothly brake before cornering.
I have been behind cars with ESS before and the version where the indicators fast flash and not the brakes was more attention grabbing but who knows, I have seen the rear fog, indicators, high mount stop lamp and regular brakes flash on different manufactures.
