Could someone make a Scion xB as a mod?

I was wondering if anyone could make a 2004 Scion xB into a mod? Is that even possible? Because I thought it would be funny to toss that car around and smash it lol

 

Feel free to make it yourself. Modding cars takes weeks - months, and I don't think anyone really has the time for it.

 

Most of the time mods people make start off very simple, and the advanced mods (such as cars) take (as said above) along time. People usually make the cars that they want,but you can take a shot.
