Forum changes

No. Dummiesman left and NinetyNine's mods got leaked because of it.

 

That isn't Discord's fault though, that is the people responsible for leaking his mod's fault. That could happen anywhere though. Hell, it could happen over Skype.

 

Ridiculous amounts of crap happen in BeamNG Discord. Better stay out of it.

I understand why they flipped the layout though, think about it - the threads are the important, main part of the site. Your eyes should be drawn to those first and foremost. Changing around the hierarchy of the threads also serves to sort them from the most "important" to the least (with the Dev threads being top and the off-topic stuff at the bottom.)
It's a pretty refreshing change of pace, in my personal opinion.

After removing the profile posts, you (and the rest of the moderators) might want to remove this option in the Privacy section:

Well, with profile posts gone, this section in the Alert Preferences is now useless.

 

Solution: A real social media site, not a game forum. Calm down.

How, they just brought back some removed features? I really don't get the issue. The profile posts thing was pretty much just shitposting, if you want to do that use IRC or Discord.

 

This is how I think it is. Forum is a tool to get information on creating mods, getting help for problems with mods or game, to connect with developers.

Well,they are removing profile posts,one way to communicate gone,and all of the mod threads are rising,with the community-orientated threads being pushed down,so in that sense it is kind of only a tool,to download mods.

Of course,that is my opinion. You can say different all you like,and that is fine.

 

If that was the ulterior motive then why wouldn't they have the "mods" section moved to the top of the primary forum page?
