This is not how you handle a grille, Mercedes-Maybach! It kind looks creepy in the front, by the way.
What was the point of discontinuing Maybach as a separate brand... if they end up making bespoke styling elements for Maybach models? The problem of the last gen Maybachs was not the badge they were wearing. It was the absolutely crap content you would get for the shitton of money they were asking...
Well, atleast the earlier S-Class Maybachs were tolerable, but that front seems pretty butchered. The 2019 G63 AMG, on the other hand actually seems like they had better designers, considering that AMG and Mercedes-Maybach are both sub-companies of Mercedes-Benz.
It seems like Hyundai were lazy, so they just designed it after the Nexo. (Which is not a good sign, since the Nexo was badly designed.) Also, Toyota's version of a Juke on LSD:
Why are you bringing wheel-drives when this is judging appearance of an car, although the DM does look better.
Because for some reason the fact the DMM is AWD means it has to have a different front fascia, my guess is, to look different from the DM and R Model, but your answer is good as mine.
Well, I don't like the first gen Volt for design. The front looks like a melted Cruze with Tesla-inspired features, and a metallic grille. But the rear... god the rear! First, the car was ruined by the rear trying to be an coupe, when the design seems to stick out NOT for any good reasons, and looks horrible. Also, the taillights are badly placed... really bad. Lastly, all the proportions are worse than an C- as a grade. Later on, the Volt improved in design: What a improvement atleast!
Or like an Ampera. Essentially because they are the same car, but the Ampera looked marginally better.
Well, just because an model's gen has been ugly, doesn't mean that ALL gens are ugly. It does look melted in the fascia and maybe the taillights, but other than that, it seems okay in design. I'm pretty sure that it was one of it's competitors. Atleast when the 2016 Prius worsen in design, the Volt in the same year improved.
