Yes and no, it a common problem with an Astra G. The connector right next to the passenger seat often has a malfunction and therefore are the airbags disabled because of safety concerns.
    Yes, I´m fine :)
    Absolutely

OT: I few days ago I bought my car of choice. A Opel Vectra B Facelift (Edition 100) :) It has quite some mileage on it, but after some minor fixes the car will run great. Compression measurement showed that it has on the worst zylinder 9,5bar and on the best 10bar. Brand new it should have 10,5bar. Pretty good after 333tkm (~207miles according to google).

Um... I drove my car to school, then back home. Also went to a local fast food joint and had a burger.

Not today but Saturday, I replaced the stock air-box with a K&N Typhoon Intake Kit. The sexy zone is 3500rpm and I now have around 4bhp extra.

Yesterday I put a new tail-light in since the old one had a dodgy seal and kept flooding and breaking the bulb holders. Nice shiny new one now though, fascinating stuff I know.

edit: the car won't start now rip. Probably the battery.

New rims, got a stupid good deal on them. In a couple weeks I'm hoping to powdercoat them

Nice Bimmer, you should post a pic of the powdercoated wheels. I keep trying to convince my mom that her car would look great with some dark grey or black wheels to contrast the blue paint, but she isn't convinced.

The snow is killing me. I can't wait to be able to drive with the windows down and hear the VQ sing.

I cleaned the mouse crap out of the bronco and found out the A/C still works but the temp gauge needs a new sensor

You should be mainlining Vitamin C right now. Once when I was a kid, I got sick as heck from mouse droppings at a Cub Scout camp. Was borderline non-functional for about a week, second sickest I've ever been.

Thanks man, it'll be a few months until they're powdercoated at this point. Just bought some new tires (Federal 595 RS-R) because the ones on these wore a bit quicker than I anticipated. In the meantime I'll probably just spray paint and clear coat them to clean them up.

I had stock BMW rims (style 98) I painted black (image attached, this was probably 6 months ago, before I put on my larger spoiler and such) and they looked decent. But silver has really grown on me with my new set :p Also attached is a couple current pics to compare. Excuse the quality, just a few quick pics I saved from Snapchat. I'll be breaking out my camera in a couple weeks once I get some fresh rubber. :)

Like one week ago I've finally put my summer wheels on, and did a proper clean-up for spring today.
I'm honestly not sure about the wheels, they are nice and I love the anthracite grey color and the fact that they look as good as new, but they are from a E46 which kinda disturbs me since i want everything to be kept period correct. Might save up for some real E36 M3 wheels at some point.

Honestly I think they actually suit the car and make it look slightly more modern.

I ordered stainless steel brake lines and hoses for the bronco so it can stop.

I painted over most of the rust with rustolem rust reformer, I used the brush on one because it dries clear on not rust.
