WIP Beta released Wentward DT40L British Skin Pack

NOTE: PROGRESS WITH THIS MOD WILL SLOW DOWN DUE TO SCHOOL AND STUFF. I want to spend some of my free time learning blender and jbeam, so I can produce better mods for Beam. I'll still work on this for maybe a few hours during the weekends, so you can expect a couple skins a week from now on.

Here is my skin pack for the new bus! These are all real skins used by British bus companies, and most are based on specific EFE Models (as there is plenty of pictures of them, unlike some buses, which makes recreating them a LOT easier)
Lots more EFE models can be found here

Currently, there are 10 skins, 10 configurations, 3 loading screens and a menu screen, with more coming in the future!

If you have any ideas please post the name of the specific bus model you want me to make! (has to be an EFE Model, just to make it a lot easier for me) I've got a couple planned but I can add more to that list if you want them. I probably won't be able to make your suggestion immediately, due to school taking up literally all of my time, but it'll be made eventually. All suggestions and posts in this thread are read and usually replied to as soon as possible.
Once again, lots more EFE models are here. It would help me out a LOT if you would suggest these models due to having lots of reference images and I know they are all british bus skins that would work for the Wentward due to being on similar bus models.

Updates will be every now and then due to school stuff (as mentioned multiple times before in this post) , unless a game update breaks this, with which I will try to make a hotfix as soon as possible.
If what has been said about an articulated bus is true, this mod should work with it as I made sure every skin is consistent with the unused part of the UVs said to be for it.
This won't have a repo release as these are copyrighted companies/designs, which isn't allowed.

You should make a skin for sanders coaches, I'm sure it would be better than the quick one I made.

 

Srtarted work on the Brighton & Hove Metro skin, done a side and the roof so far.

I had a look at that one, it's pretty similar to the eastern counties one so I will probably make it an edit of that. most likely will be my next skin after the Brighton and Hove one.

I had plans for a sanders coach, if you want it I'll start on it soon, maybe after this one.

Once you have finished the ones before maybe a Metrobus and a London bus skin?

 

Maybe, if you can find a specific EFE Model based on any of those it would be quite helpful, as a London bus is a bit vague. The metrobus would work quite well though, so I'll probably do that

The metrobus is a bit of an issue, just did a bit of research and the only metrobus model I could find uses an older skin, would this be ok?

 

sure the old skin is fine it suites the bus better anyway

Been very busy lately, so not much progress. I've started on the arriva london though, and the sanders coach is almost finished, too.

(they're only on top of each other so i could get them both in the pic and i also felt like i needed to do it, before you ask)

Might be a bit hard because that skin is used on newer buses, and there's already an arriva skin but I'll put it down on my to-do list.

Update: I've started work on the Thamesdown skin, added 3 loading screens and a menu screen (this is going to be repo quality, despite not being able to go on the repo due to copyright stuff)
