I made more precise measurements and the I-series turned out to be 4650 mm long. I also measured the Pessima, the typical midsize car, and got 4520 mm, which is close to real life counterparts. Then I compared Pessima and I-series bodies and found that their exterior length differs by just a few cm. The interior dimensions are almost identical: I-series' extraordinary length is caused by huge bumpers and between them is just a midsize car. For comparison, I pulled an Accord and a 5-series models from the internet, made sure they are correctly sized and compared them. The exterior length differs a lot, of course, since Accord is slightly smaller than Pessima and E34 is slightly bigger than I-series. But not only exterior, interior dimensions differ a lot as well. Also, I-series has no airbag even in the highest trims, which would be strange for a EU-spec small executive, but understandable for a EU-spec midsize. --- Post updated ---
Let's say the I-Series is 460 cm, and compare it to real cars: 100 C3 - 479.2 cm, W124 - 474 cm, 5er E34 - 472 cm, I-Series - 460 cm, W201 - 442 cm, 80 B3 - 440,3 cm, 3er E30 - 432,5 cm. Still closer to executive, and the engine choice would suggest that.
