It isn't the lowest quality, it was low/medium quality (level above russian stuff). Due to lacking a lot of detail such as fully modelled engine and modells for the supercharger and other small parts and the textures still have that out of place look. His tow truck mod was guite good quality, so I know that he can do good mods, but in my opinion he's not good enough to make brand new vehicles.
Which isn't high quality by any means, Inertia should have at least redo the parts such as engine and suspension which you don't normally see in Driver SF.
Have fun modelling an entire underside and engine bay of a car that is almost impossible to find reference pictures of. Honestly, I wonder why I bother making content for you ungrateful lot anymore.
Surprised people are still helping you after your refusal to do anything people suggest either way if you are using the D15 jbeam edited or not, it will probably require further jbeam edits.
Well you said in the title "without editing the jbeam" so I would say you are trying to take the easiest way to release the mod and get attention and downloads. I would say you don't want to put the effort in and therefore you don't listen to suggestions and feedback.
Without editing the "frame" jbeam the frame has already been modified and i dont want to modifie it anymore --- Post updated --- Well, it kinda is it shares parts with the van, roamer and the gm and the jbeam files are located in the common folder and i dont know how to edit them without messing the d series's wheelbase
Tough shit. You wanted help, you got it. There isn't magically going to be another way to fix it. You can either listen to these guys or you can ignore them. There's a reason why so many people are getting frustrated whenever you post anything related to this stupid truck.
Chassis jbeam vs jbeam either way its a jbeam. If you aren't wanting to change the wheelbase I hate to think how out of scale the mod will be.
You are just annoying, you can do cool mods, but you can't take any sort of criticism. The engine bay isn't that hard to find reference pics and the underside can be easilly made by pure guess work. I still don't get the whole hype about IRL cars for BeamNg anyways...
Alright Mr Professional. The .dae is in the mod, come back in a month with a modelled underside for me and I'll eat my hat.
Copy the files from the common folder to your vehicle folder and edit them. If you are telling me you want to make a modern truck that shares parts with cars designed in the 80s, I am losing the last bits of faith in you.
Did I say that I can or I will do that? I just gave my opinion about you and your mod. I intentionally did not start making a new car mod even tho I have the blueprints and the car itself. I just do not feel like my modelling and texturing skills are not good enough. Like I said your mod isn't bad, but some mods and officual vehicles are better. You have better expirience than me regarding modding and that's why I didn't say that it is bad or that I can do better (my modelling skills are not good enough to model a car from scratch). I just did point out that using a stollen model isn't a good Idea which I will never support. I do not like you which might be obvious, but I'm not hating on you. I'm just pointing out that self made models are better even if they're worse quality.
