I have the same issue as Spede3. The third scenario spawns high above the ground which means the mission fails immediately after starting as the cars smash into the ground.
Nice work! I remember playing the 2nd one before it was a pack, I like it better now, that there's a story tying all scenarios together. the 3rd scenario is broken. Truck and Covet spawn high in the air and waypoints in .json and .prefab don't match.
The mod is very much broken and whatever got uploaded is not the same as what I have created. It's like the older versions of the mod got uploaded, and I'm continuing to look into this issue. EDIT: I'm extremely embarrassed because of this situation. Everything is working for me, I don't know what's wrong. 2 Youtubers have already made videos of the mod pack and everyone has seen how broken it is. I will try to get it in working order, but I'm not sure I can redeem myself anymore.

I've deleted all Precious Cargo content from my PC and downloaded it from the repository. The repository version is working fine now.
Unfortunately for me, the third scenario is still broken despite I cleared the cache, deleted the file and redownloaded it from the repository.

I took a look at these scenarios, and indeed scenario 3 is broken for me. So, here's my guess at what happened : when saving a prefab, it saves in the BeamNG.drive\levels folder, and it takes priority on the other prefab located in the unpacked folder. You probably forgot to copy the file located in levels in the actual mod folder.
See that's the thing, I did copy the prefab file over every single time I made a change, why it didn't replace the unpacked mod folder version, I have no idea. This seems to be the same issue for all the prefabs. What I can try to do is delete the prefabs in the unpacked folder so that they aren't written over, but replaced. If that doesn't solve it, IDK what will. EDIT: After the game update, all my level prefabs were deleted. I found the completely working unpacked mod in my recycle bin (thank god) including updated prefabs. I'm going to back this folder up and upload it. This should not be broken in any way. These are the only prefabs on my system.

Just checked your prefab, the one for the second scenario is the same as the third one which I think there is something wrong...
