in the material editor i think there's a glow option. if not there are splotlights too i think, in the object editor and the other tab on the top of the thingy where it shows the objects in your map

but it's literally just the fullsize pushbar slapped on the sunburst I can tell that just by looking at it, not to mention that the blender file isn't even saved so you basically just imported it
