WIP Beta released Revamped CRD Monster Truck

I know I will probably get bashed for this but I'm fairly new to beamng. I just got my new pc and was wondering if the specs will run high settings, my current setup was on the lowest settings. I will have a gtx 1060, and an i5 7400, and will only be playing on 1080p, I bought a new rig specifically because I found the crd mod and it has been awesome, so try for being off topic

 

idk what those numbers mean, but its probably better than what i got lol

 

The creator and developers of this mod really don't get enough credit for having to put up with these mindless conversations. Would have to scroll back quite a few pages to see a relevant update or post about the actual mod itself lol. Just know that I respect the hell out of you F2YS for creating the best damn mod in Beamng and that you are a true hero for continuing the development of this fine mod, especially with all this sidetracking nonsense that can happen in this thread as well as the group threads. The beta testers also deserve some love for staying patient with the mods development and being the first ones to test out the waters of the upcoming update to ensure the next update is fresh out of the bag with little to no problems.

Any progress report you can give on when the latest update might be released? Hope I don't sound like an impatient one, just hyped for the upcoming update. Last I heard (or at least saw on this post), there was an issue with the radiator blowing out that halted the release of 1.14 or something along the lines of that? Was it due to a Beamng update to the main game?

 

Yes, there was an issue with the radiator, and has been corrected for 1.14 due to the game update. From what I've heard from Flying from an earlier post expect it in the next few days.

 

Yes, radiator issue was due to the BeamNG update, but release was halted by a little hiccup in the repository update process. Meanwhile, I was in and out of the hospital... so I was forced to postpone the update a bit.

Plans are currently set for next friday... unless something goes wrong. That's the 1st anniversary of the original repository release of the mod.

Everyone please remember this post ^ before asking when it’s coming out..please, btw, any other things coming out in 1.14 with the main mod? Or just the SUV body in an add-on

 

fy2s said a few pages back i believe that there are alot of improvements with the mod that wont seem huge but will make the mod much better so im not sure about actual extras as far as parts go if thats what you mean

 

About 3 pages ago F2YS said something about the update being more of "Under the hood" fixes

This is stupid I know, but it would be cool in future updates if they could put the lite bars bigfoot has under his bumper in the front, I know I just nitpicking now lol, everything looks awsome can't wait to play

I think I saw something about a bunch of throphy truck skins, like Carolina crusher and now, stuff like that... I could be totally wrong as well

Yeah I was refering to SUV skin packs. I know one is coming out but I am not sure which ones they are in particular. Like hooked and jester were said to be in one.
