Great project! I think you can round up the hood. It will look more realistic IMO.

I think nothing has been done because @Driv3r1142 is/was in the middle of moving and wanted to get the Vendetta out before he moved.

I've been brainstorming the components of the enginebay
If you're gonna ask why there's a big wheel beside the engine, that's the Flywheel.
    Why?
    Because Steampunk :D

I'm thinking about making a V8 and W9 version but no guarantees.

You should make the flywheel and the airfilter smoother, use more edges on the large circles
    Otherwise the model looks fantastic

    You're damn right!

You mean the color used? Those are matcaps that changes the color of the model :D

I've added a radiator motor and a fan, those are just decorative gauges, nothing functional which is measuring how much water the radiator has and the temperature the radiator is currently experiencing.
    2018-04-22.png

And a few more refinements, much more refinements to come before unwrapping and texturing takes place :D

For the V8 and W9 engine, if i'll make a W9 version probably it will be a drag version. If it's gonna be a drag version then i'll have to make new suspension components and chunky steampunk drag wheels while the V8 will remain stock.

Oh yes the Omega, I remember doing a long drive on Mitcity with the omega. Nostalgia!

    -----------------------PROGRESS--------------------------
I'll do a V8 Version for this but unfortunately the W9 wont make it because there is no room for a W9 engine to fit, with all those enginebay components.

I won't be able to make a 3D model of a V8 engine because there is no room to fit a new style of engine model as stated above.
So what I did is I made my own fictional Stryder V8 Performance Generator, meaning the car will remain a I4 engine but with the V8 Performance Generator installed, giving a full performance of a V8 engine.
    2018-04-2222.png 2018-04-2223.png 2018-04-2224.png

Took me a while to figure out the design of the generator. There is no function of the generator since it's just a 3D model but the performance of the car will be scripted to a V8 meaning this is a separate version.

So the story of V8 Performance Generator goes like this

Stryder wanted to come up with a generator that can boost up their stock I4 engine to a full V8 performance instead of the traditional engine swaps which costs money and time, through research and development they've built a generator that boost a stock I4 to a full beastly V8 power. To achieve this, install the generator at bottom of the airfilter of the car, and you're ready to go. However, the cost of producing these V8 Generators were expensive, much expensive that building a V8 engine leaving only one thousand V8 generators produced and one thousand Propeller's with the generators installed, and so the production of these generators were stopped. In 1947 their next vehicle the Stryder Steamcrank has no V8 generator and is using a V8 engine.

After this generator is unwrapped and textured, I'll make some Aggressive steampunk wheels for the V8 version of the propeller then everything is ready to be Ingame.

I've also been experimenting a new color for the V8 version and I think this slightly gold color suits good.

I won't make a RE, RWD or FE, FWD configuration because it's RE, FWD layout makes the car unique among the rest, if you want to make a different drivetrain layout you are free to mod this once it's done :)

Nice, not so sure about the wide rear genders though. Might look odd because of the.image though, looks great.

Nice, early performance oriented cars :p Idk if you can quite call it a muscle car since the term came much later, but certainly depending on its performance it could be called one.

Honestly it doesn't look quite that bad in his drawing of it. it could be like it is on the early 50s GM models where the rear sort-of juts out a bit. When he gets to modeling that (I want to help guide him with this one so he gets a better start and a better finished product than this and so it's easier to get into BeamNG,) We'll see how he decides to actually place that.

Well, from what I've learned the term muscle car became a name when the 1949 Oldsmobile Rocket was built.

I'm 100% sure when I model the steamcrank, it won't look exactly the drawing I sketched, especially that weird looking door. It's like that because I was attempting an Inktober thing and I got the door wrong and I couldn't erase it so I countined it :p

The propeller's model didn't exactly looked like the early sketch I've made, because of its weird proportions and body design. Till I resketched it on a yellow pad and that's where I modeled the exact design I sketched. Probably I'll resketch it again the steamcrank :D
