I can attempt to help you on your videos. First, the horrible FPS isn't going to get you very much likes or views, mostly just hate. (been there, done that.)

Here's ways you can fix that and make your videos much better:
1. If your using Any kind of Sony VEGAS, (Probably pirated i'm guessing, if you do have the program) you can hold CTRL On your keyboard (if you have one, hopefully you do.) And speed up the clip by going to the end of that clip, holding CTRL, And dragging it. You are smart enough to figure out which way goes slower and which way makes it faster. (You want your laggy clips to be faster, speed it up, the video will play much more smooth, but the audio will glitch, so audio will have to be removed.)

2. Lower your graphics, obviously you PC Can't handle the game a max settings.
