    45C sounds good.

    Also, 30CFM for an i7 is a little: nothing. hehe, did you still get that new cooler?

    I have water cooling too on the CPU, max temp with CPU at 100% is around 50?C with overclock.

    33C idle, around 50C on load. I'm on air :D , but the room was pretty cold(about 18 or 17C), usually i'd get about 37 idle and 55 load or so.

    I'm in spain and the temp room is around 22C, always hot around here :D. But some months ago I had a room temp of around 17C too and temps were way lower, like 20ish min and 45C max

    OT but I noticed how similar our rigs are, overclocked 2500ks, p67 motherboards, 8gb ram, coolermaster case, close: hd7950 and hd6950 ;)
    wait.. 1440p 19"? :eek:

    I know the screen is 1440x900, but I don't plan on changing it as long as it works fine. And the size is ok, given I'm pretty close to the screen.

    But what's the pixel density? I'd rather have a 1280x1024 18 inch than a 4k 90 inch. Extreme example but you get the idea.

    1440p = 2560x1440 :rolleyes:
    Which is why i was surprised at it being 19"

    And yeah, pixel density makes a difference, especially if you're sat close because a 22" with 700x400 would be quite bad.

    Heat question. I had a TF3 7950, but it needs a return. (terrible coil whine). Now, with the heat in my case and it being cheaper I am thinking of getting this. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202030
    It's a blower and I have cool air in my case near where it would be, but would a recycling card be better? With that + the refund and games being sold I could afford a 120HTz monitor, I could only afford a used one with the TF3.
    Also, I plan to oc to 1150/1400 with this card. I think I'll get a TF3, but I wanted another opinion. Sorry, horizontal lines are the only way to separate my blocks of text in IE 10. Once I get back to my W7 pc I'll get to google chrome and fix that. (It's missing the TF3 so it doesn't work, duh!:p)

    I really recommend buying a GPU with a custom cooling system. That HD 7950 you posted is gonna reach 80 ?C easily. I had a HD 5850 with that default cooler and it reached 85 ?C while playing. Now I have a Sapphire 7950 with dual fan and vapor chamber and gaming temperature is 59 ?C. :cool: And don't forget the noise. The default cooler is loud.

    True, now I'm stuck between a TF3 and a sapphire 3L or vapor-X. Rapid-fire decisions!
